Can someone provide me with the mailing address to get a marriage
certificate for a couple that was married in Presteigne?

Dear Julie,
The register office covering this area is in Knighton, so if the marriage
took place after the start of civil registration (July 1937), you should
apply to:
Superintendent Registrar,
Register Office,
Station Road,
Knighton,
Powys LD7 1DU
Your cheque (for £7.00 plus postage) should be made payable (in British
pounds) to 'Powys County Council'.
However, you need to know the name of the church, chapel, or office in which
the ceremony took place.
If the marriage took place before civil registration, you'll need to obtain
a copy of the entry in the parish register (from Powys Archives at
Llandrindod Wells).
Kind regards,
John
