Hi Eliz,
Looks like 'Blaenaron' should be 'Blaenavon'. According to FreeBMD
Elizabeth Ann Wile was born in Abergavenny registration district in Q4
1861. The village of Blaenavon then fell within Abergavenny registration
district.

Subject: [POWYS] Lost or misplaced Welsh Anyone have any interest?
I have been working on my Davis family, no idea where in Wales this family
sprang from but in my research I am tripping over lots more Welsh such as:
Mrs Elizabeth Ann Howell aged 84 formerly of 618 Fairgreen Ave widow of
Edward Howells <snip> born Nov 8 1861 in Bleanaron (maybe a typo?) to John
and Catherine Jones Wile (her brother John Wile is living in Youngstown
Ohio)
My one cousin married a Howells Thomas and divorcd him and dropped from my
sight and of course his parents were Welsh living in Youngstown. I will
grab the information if anyone is interested.
