Thank you John,
Are you able to remove those messages off the actual site, so that a visitor
does not inadvertently click onto the links included in the messages?
All the best,
Hilary

Subject: [POWYS] URGENT MESSAGE FROM LIST ADMIN: (Potentially
hazardousmessages on the List)
Dear Listers,
Within the last 30 minutes, you will have received four e-mails originating
from fellow lister Dennis Cleaton. Each message has "(no subject)" in the
subject line, and contains only a suspicious hot-link, plus the usual tag
lines at the bottom.
DO NOT click on the link!
The most likely cause of the problem is that Dennis's computer has, without
his knowledge, become infected by a virus or worm.
As an emergency measure, to prevent the distribution of any more such
messages, I have temporarily unsubscribed Dennis from the List.
I will re-subscribe him as soon he lets me know he has 'disinfected' his
computer and it has been given the 'all clear'.
My thanks to Powys Lister Hilary Williams for phoning me and drawing my
attention to this problem
Kind regards,
John
