I'm also a Mac use, and I think Reunion is the best genealogy program available,
period!!
I am also familiar with the three most popular (in the US) PC programs, and I would rate
them Legacy first, then RootsMagic, then AncestralQuest. (I'm not rating PAF because
it has not been updated for several years and there are no plans to update it in the
future.) All three of them have free versions available on their websites. I suggest you
download and try each of them, then keep the one you like best.
