Dear John,
I very much enjoyed your photos of St. Fagans. The encouraging thing for me
is that the museum is doing well, and still growing. On my 2008 visit, I was
impressed with the large variety of buildings and exhibits showing all sorts
of details of Welsh life from farm to chapel to industry and leisure.
Keep up the great work,

Fagans, GLA
Dear Listers,
This week's Retrospectives, just uploaded onto my website, are:
1. A two-page account of the life of Major General Sir William Nott
(1782-1845) and his connections with the town of Carmarthen (fourteen
pictures).
This feature was first shown on 'Images of Wales' in July 2004.
2. A visit to the Museum of Welsh Life (now the National History Museum) at
St Fagans in the county of Glamorgan (seven pictures).
This feature was first shown on 'Images of Wales' in March 1998.
As usual, these webpages will be displayed on my website for one week.
'Retrospective Images of Wales' is at
www.jlb2005.plus.com/walespic/retro/retro.htm
After viewing the Retrospectives, please explore my 'Webpage Archive' and
make your own Retrospective requests.
Kind regards,
John
