Subject: A lot of questions
Hello List;
I have rec'd a lot of help with my ancestors in Wales, but,
I
still have some questions:
1. Griffiths of Ty'n ddole Llanbadarn Fynydd : I really need help with
this. Is it a place & if so where?
2. Margaret Gwynn - Heiress of Gwynnes of Glyntawy (Glantawe) Abercrave,
nr
Swansea. I can understand
near Swansea but that's all. Any help ?
3. I've been told I have an ancestor calleds Dangy Fred Ewart Griffiths.
Would Dangy be the maiden name of
someone who married into the Griffiths?
4. Is PALFREY a common Welsh name.
5. If a spouse (Mary Neigus) is referred to as "of French Descent", what
is
the meaning ?
6. Does anyone know where the following is: -
Llanbadarn, Fawr
Trefonnen, Cefallys
Twyn y Grai
The Fron, Clun
Monaughty, Bladdfu
Cilybydder
Lyonshell

Bleddfa
Any answers to any of the above, appreciated.
