Hi Everyone,
Does anyone on the list have access to Parish records for LLanyre please and
would be willing to do a lookup? I have found a likely marriage on the IGI
which took place between Edward PRICE and Mary PRICE on 31st December 1824.
It only gives LLanyre, Radnor and gives no indication of church or chapel.
If this is my Edward PRICE, I had found from census records that he was
married twice, first to Mary and then to Elizabeth and from the births of
children I think this may have been the first marriage. The Prices were non
conformists but some of their marriages took place in church. I would be
most grateful for any help. From the census records, Edward was born 1804 in
Disserth and Mary in 1807 also in Disserth. Mary died sometime between 1851
and 1861 but |I have not been able to find her burial yet, although it may be
at Pentref Baptist chapel at Newbridge on Wye which is where Edward was
buried in 1885.
TIA
Best wishes
Tricia
