(Baptisms1813-1901), Volume II
Hi Carol,
The Baptism for October 17th 1819 John son of James & Catherine Price is
correct.
The October 3rd 1819 Baptism should read George son of William & Sarah
Ecley, Kevenhere. Farmer.
Checked this morning at the NLW.
See you later in the year.
Regards
Lloyd

Subject: [POWYS] The Parish Records of Gladestry Radnorshire

I have a question on the records shown below and would like to know
how
I can confirm if the records pertain to two different children, or if
for the same child why there would be two baptism dates.
BAPTISM: Powys Family History Society, The Parish Records of Gladestry
Radnorshire (Baptisms 1813-1901), Volume II, [pink booklet], edited
and published by Mike MacSorley in 2010 Page 36, 1819 October 3, John
son of James & Catherine Price of Camp - Carpenter

The only difference I can see, other than the dates, is the spelling
"Catherine vs Catharine". I can check the parish record at the NLW
later in June, but would like to complete the booklet I'm currently
working on for a cousin before I leave home. Thanks for any
assistance.
