I see that Ms Weber has a "high" filter on her e-mail, thus preventing spam.
I do the same thing. If I did not, I would receive virtually ALL e-mails
sent to me including spam, virus, etc. It takes only a few keystrokes to
let her know that you are responding to her inquiry. Most people I know who
have to do the extra keystrokes to get their e-mail's approved don't mind
since they are taking part in preventing spam and viruses from traveling any
further than they already do on the Internet. Please note that I also check
my "Suspect e-mails" virtually daily because of the "high" filter
setting as
I do not want to miss any e-mails from all of the mailing lists that I am on
(that includes genealogy, Relay for Life, church, schools, etc.)
I hope this explanation encourages you to continue to help other
genealogists, even those with "high" spam filters.

I answered this post and received the following
message.
How does this person expect to get an answer to her
query?
I won't send another answer nor ask to be "approved".
She can find it out on her own.

To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only
from senders I have approved beforehand.
If you would like to be added to my list of approved
senders, please fill out the short request form (see

original message in my inbox. You do not need to
resend your message. I apologize for this one-time
