Hi All,
How about other Pennsylvania places, such as around Halifax Twp., Dauphin
county, PA for wills, births, deaths around late 1700's to mid 1800's ?

Unfortunately, most Phila records are kept at either the Phila
archives
or by the State of PA. The Phila Archive website is
http://www.phila.gov/phils/Docs/Inventor/genealgy.htm.
You'll find info about requesting records from PA as well.
Good luck.

Can anyone recommend a good (preferrably free) online database for
looking up births in Philadelphia from around 1790 - 1810?
Thanks,
