There are no "official" birth records for that early a date.
Look for a record in the Falls Monthly Meeting or other church records.
Quakers do not baptize.
It would be unusual for Quakers to be married by a Justice of the Peace.
There is a Doan family association. Google it.

Where do I find or look for the
birth/baptism records of Falls Township in Bucks County PA
for 1809? I am trying to confirm or prove
the birth date of my 3 x great grandmother, Phoebe Doane, in
about July 1809. She was the daughter of
Moses Doane and Mary Comfort, both
quakers. I think Phoebe was the eldest of
seven children, all I believe born in Falls Township in
Bucks County.
I have the marriage date of Moses Doane and Mary Comfort on
23 June 1808 at Fells Tavern "from the docket of Isaac
Hicks".
