Kym,
Would you please consider looking up a marriage btw William Huston and Susannah
Woodruff. I don't have a clue as to the year, so if you don't wanna bother I
fully understand. Offers by people like you and your sister are very much
appreciated. Good on ya, mate! Karen

My sister recently bought two books at an antique store:
LANCASTER COUNTY. PA MARRIAGES 1753-1854
DAUPHIN COUNTY MARRIAGES 1744- 1854
It has the groom's name, then bride, the dates, and by who by.
She gave me her okay to post this and she is willing to do look ups for
anyone who would like one. Just send your request to me: BLUESCL(a)AOL.COM and
I forward them onto her. She's not a member of the list.

Kim thank you and your sister very much.
Could she see if there is a listing of a
John Wesley Riddle to Martha Butts.
I dont even know if they were married in Pa.
But she was suppose to be fm Pa.
It would be an 1800's marriage as my Ggfa wasn't born untill 1802.

I have found, what must have belonged to my father, a program from a ceremony
for those from Sharon Hill who served in the military. There is a foot note
that it was compiled from the sources available and they regret any
omissions. So, every soldier from Sharon Hill may not be listed. But there
are at least 180 names listed. As for which wars it covers I can only tell
you that my father, his brother, and their father is on. So, I know it
includes WWl and WWll. It includes men and women. It's dated November 8,
1942.
I doubt this request will have a lot of takers, but if anyone was wondering
if their grandfather lived in Sharon Hill this could be a way to find out.
