Joseph TOMLINSON and his wife Margaret (Cook) and children Samuel and
Lydia (aged above 10), and daughter Rachel Done/Doan with her son Moses, were
Loyalists and went to Beaver Harbour in New Brunswick with a group of
quakers in 1784. There were so many Joseph Tomlinsons around that time that it
is difficult to work out which is the correct one.
I am looking for any information on Joseph and Margaret (births, marriage)
and their children (births), and even any ideas where I can look for this
information. I am also looking for the date of the marriage of Rachel
Tomlinson to Moses Doan about 1779/1780. Their son Moses was born in January
1781 in Bucks County, PA. Any help would really be appreciated.
