I think I’m at the correct mailing list site.
I’m seeking a more complete list of the Ship FANE. This Ship came in to Philadelphia 17
Oct. 1749. I. Daniel Rupp’s account in “Thirty Thousand Names of Immigrants in
Pennsylvania, p 221-222, includes 118 passengers, although
Rupp’s account of the passenger list indicates that there was 596 passengers, leaving 478
unaccounted for.
Does anyone know where the original list is. Washington, DC? Pennsylvania State Library?

Not really...since only males age 16 and above who were not already citizens of the
British Crown had to sign the oaths. So the remaining passengers were likely women and
children and possibly some already citizens who were not required to sign the oaths/lists.
PA German Pioneers has approx. the same number as Rupp for this ship.
