But Linda, didn't they start the Board-Exec list, which had no searchable
archives, and which Bob Bamford expressly designated as a closed list (I
can't remember the exact phrase he used)? That list had (still has? who
knows?) motions, discussion, and all sorts of activity that we
weren't/aren't privy to. There is no provision for "executive session"
in
the USGW by-laws; therefore, we have a right to "attend" every
"meeting."
Their actions are/were unnecessary and unethical, not ours.
