As long as the individual in question didn't violate any USGW rules or
PAGW rules, then I think that you are correct in your actions. RW has
certain rules that users must abide by and it is up to them to determine
who can and cannot use their services. This, however, should not affect
our project in how it is governed.
I know that some folks might think it odd that we cannot continue to use
this list but I agree -- if you are a cc on the PAGW then you must be on
the mail list.
May we use the PAGen list as a state-wide general discussion list for
Pennsylvania research?
