Hi Brian,
Oops....no! Just meant that if you use another mail box for your query
admin messages -- make sure you keep your mail box clean. Alot of folks
assume that they can "avoid" the admin responsibilities of having to read
every query admin message by diverting them to another "free" email
provider. Out of sight means out of mind. However, even free email
providers set limits on the amount of email a person can receive.
I used to do this too and found that what I "thought" would be a convenience
turned into a monster. I have several dozen GenConnect boards and after
awhile I was downloaded hundreds of admin messages and having to delete them
one at a time (yuck!).
You never need to remove any queries from your GenConnect boards -- that is
what they were designed for -- to store queries!
Sorry for the confusion!
Carol

Hi Carol,
You mean we have to delete the old Query's that are there? How far back
should we go to remove query's??
Thanks,
