Sounds fair to me. I'm not very eloquent, but I'll do my best

Since many of us do not know the candidates other than via their web
pages or email on this list, perhaps the candidates could express their
views on the following questions before we vote.
1) What do you think the future direction of the OHGenWeb ought to be?
*** This is something that I feel needs to be decided amongst the CCs
themselves. The SC is only the care taker and should not be making all of
the decisions about direction. I would be opening some discussion on this.
OGS claims to the the best state organization amongst the 50, it seems only
fiting that we match that status.
2) What kinds of changes or additional information would you want to
include on the OHGenWeb page?
3) Should the requirements for county pages in OHGenWeb be gradually
raised in any way?
*** You get close to censurship if you go to much further in 'requiring' a
CC to adhere to regulations. There was quite a flap about this in the very
beginning. In other words, no, I would not, at this point want to make it
any harder on the CCs to be a part of OHGenWeb.
4) How would you deal with coordinators when their pages that do not
meet current or future minimum requirements?
*** I would encourage/remind them about the requirements. I would try to
work with the CC in any way needed. Only as a last resort and if the CC
seemed unwilling to comply with the requirements, would I terminate
affiliation and declair that county up for adoption.
5) If you currently maintain one or more county web pages, will you
continue to maintain those pages or turn them over to someone else
should you become the state coordinator?
*** Luckly, I have an assistant CC. I only maintain one county and I feel
that I would not be slighting either commitment.
6) Should there be any limit on the number of county pages a single
person coordinates?
*** If a person is able to do justice to 23 county pages, I see no reason
to limit them. I would probably keep a close eye on those counties to make
sure they were being kept updated regularly.
7) What kind of relationship should the OHGenWeb project have with
groups like the Ohio Genealogical Society.
*** I have talked with OGS in the past and I would like to see a closer
relationship between the two. We fill two very different, vital roles.
Neither needs to feel as though any toes were being stepped upon.
8) Have you coordinated any other volunteer projects in the past?
*** Only on the county level. I am VP of our Huron County Chapter/OGS. Past
Recording Secretary. I have coordinated our yearly genealogy classes. I am
the Newsletter Editor for HC. I maintain th website and run two different
discussion groups (Huron and Lorain)
9) Do you have the time to devote to the state coordinator's job?
*** I feel that I do, or I would not have agreed to run for the position.
Many thanks for any feedback which you post to this list.
*** I think you are entitled to know a little something about your
'ballotteers'.
