Have checked Asbury in Fairfield County and there aren't any Cyphers listed.

Here is the list of Asbury Cemeterys in OH with county name. I also have the
location of any needed.
Asbury in Athens, Clark, Fairfield, Franklin, Gallia, Madison, Pickaway,
Pike,
Stark, Union. There are also Asbury Chapel, Asbury M.E. Asburh Meth.
Chapel
and Asbery Chapel.
