Hmmmmmmm, this sounds encouraging as an approach. Experience from other
States is valuable.

Hello Everyone,
I like #3 Roll Call -- it works very well in other states where I host
counties and all it takes is some one to 'call' it the first weekend in
each month (or whatever date). That someone doesn't have to be the SC.
In Nebraska (where roll call is done weekly but we are requested to
respond only once a month) it's been fun to see who submits the first
roll call message each week <g> and to hear the brief news from others.
