Only trouble with this is that someone will still have to check every

county site periodically (abt once a month) because a roll call alone
doesn't tell whether things are really being done with a site. All a roll
call can do is indicate you have the right e-mail address for some CC.
Actually viewing the site will determine that a CC is doing his job in a
timely fashion.
