I had asked her about an account for their 7 year old son.

Gwen,
Some of the men (also Dad's) at our Church expressed a wish to set up such an
account. I will let you know the details as they develop.
I am truly humbled by the outpouring of love and concern that Evan & I have
received. To think that people who only know us as an email address are
sending their love is extraordinary.
When we reached the cemetery, I looked behind me and people were streaming
from their cars to the burial site. John is almost at one end of the cemetery
-- the cars stretched from the grave site to the far entrance. I sure am glad
I wasn't someone waiting for THAT procession to pass by!! There were over 250
visitors at the funeral home. John would have loved the "party" and visiting
with everyone, but would have been very embarassed being the center of
attention.
He was courageous to the end. He was my hero.
