Dave,
Linda Boorom is my Co-coordinator for Hamilton county and it has been a
great thing for the county. I believe that when I set things up, all I
did was ask permission and it was ok'd by the SC. Linda has voting rights
(not quite sure how that works) and she has full access to the site
(passwords, etc). It's worked out really well for us.

Thank you Chyrl. Your situation is very much the same as mine for
Hancock
Cty. My helper person has only been assisting for about a month. She
isn't
looking for any sort of recognition but I'm sure would appreciate being
more
"officially" connected with the effort. Making her a co-coordinator seems
to be too much too fast at this point although that could be possible
longer
term. But then that is my question. What **is** the protocol for
appointing a co-coordinator? What is the protocol for appointing an
assistant coordinator?
