Thanks Bill. Yes - your description is pretty much along the lines of how
my helper is working right now. I thought giving her the recognition of an
Asst CC would be welcomed, but want to be sure I'm operating properly here,
thus the question. I view the *assistant* as being different, and not of
the same stature as - - a *co-coordinator*. She has only been
"assisting/helping" for about a month and making her a "co-cordinator"
seems
like too much too fast. She is unproven at this point, doesn't know that
this is even being contemplated nor is she asking for anything. Dave

What you are talking about is allowable and many counties across our
project have them. They do not have passwords, maintenance
responsibilities, and no authority within the project; thus, are not
counted as part of the voting membership. They serve mainly as
transcribers and gatherers, etc.
