The masthead should appear instantaneously.
I have already uploaded that file for some CC's - if anyone else is having
problems, if you will send me your login info (privately, of course), I'll
install the file for you.

Hi,
I have just put my banner_select file up again. I looked at it, and
my CuteFTP makes an HTML page skeleton and I had put my USGENWEB in that,
making it an HTML page. Now I have taken out the code for HTML, body,
title, etc. The file size is 8. I think I have done everything right, but
it still has the regular banner. Maybe it takes awhile for it to "compute?"
