Be it resolved that the following article be included in the OHGenWeb
Project's bylaws, effective immediately upon approval by a 2/3 majority
of the legal votes cast:
"All votes cast by a member shall be either via an e-mail message they
send to the state mailing list or a secret ballot through the Internet."
