He doesn't reside at that address now. Several people have lived at that
address between 1998-present. There are 133 Death Records for William A.
Smith in Dallas County alone, in the Texas Death index. There are no Wm
Andrew Smiths listed. And as you can imagine, there are tons of Wm Smith.
Plus if he lived in Dallas, then he could just as easily been in Tarrant
County also, considering people often move between Dallas/FtWorth and
especially in what is known as the Mid-Cities, which is between the two
cities and can be in either Dallas County or Tarrant County within a block.
Texas Death index is online to 1998.
There are two many Wm Smiths in the Public Directories available on ancestry
to go through, and I really don't have that much free time these days.
There is no obit at Ancestry for Charles D. Learned in the Obituary Index.
But this doesn't mean there isn't any in the Ohio historical papers Ancestry
has which takes a lot of time to go through. He appears on 1930; Census
Place: Columbus, Franklin, Ohio; Roll: 1801; Page: 12B; Enumeration
District: 158; Image: 764.0.
Name Age
Charles D Learned 53
Jessie P Learned 43
Elizabeth F Learned 17
William P Learned 16
William S Potter 84
His WWI Draft Registration has the name Charles Dickens Learned, residing in
Corning?, Perry, OH. Nearest Relative, Jesse Potter Learned. So I would
also check this county for an Obit.
There is no Charles Learned on the SS death index that I could find. There
is Jessie P. Learned d. Apr 1971 in Columbus.
William P. Learned who appears on SS death index,
Last Residence: 44017 Berea, Cuyahoga, Ohio, United States of America
Born: 12 Feb 1914
Died: 30 Dec 1993
State (Year) SSN issued: Ohio (Before 1951 )
Might or might not be the one that appears on the 1930 Census with Charles &
Jessie
There is an Elizabeth Fagan Learned who's death certificate appears on
Family search, parents Charles Dickens Learned & Jessie Fagan Potter. Eliz
b. 24 Oct 1909 d. 26 Oct 1909 in Corning, Perry Co. OH. So the daughter on
the Census must be a second daughter named after this daughter. The other
daughter is probably deceased also. So these are two other obits you might
want to look for.
That's the extent of what I quickly found from what you sent. Anything else
would just take to much more time to go through.

Okay we have another clue, in 1990 Wm. Smith was living at this address
according to a now defunct military organization, they reported they
lost contact after 1990:
William A. Smith
4403 Rawlins
Dallas, Texas
