Look at your web site on a smart phone. Does it fit on the small screen in an
understandable way?
This can be simulated in desktop browsers:
If you use Safari on a Mac, you can turn on the Developer’s Menu in the Preferences,
Advanced tab. Then set the User Agent to Safari — iPhone.
With Google Chrome on either Mac or Windows, in the menu to the right of the address
field, under More Tools you can turn on the Developer’s Tools. In the Developer’s menu
that results, between the Search icon (magnifying glass) and Elements menu there is a
Toggle Device Mode button that looks like a smart phone. When selected the web page will
appear as in a smart phone, and you can select the device type in the menu at the top
(e.g. Motorola Droid running Android).
