I would like to ask for a call of three County coordinator volunteers to
be vote counters to keep this fair and above board. Voters would send
the volunteer an email along with CC ing the other two CC volunteers who
are counting with their vote.
The votes are independently counted and the count is reported to the
secretary Bill Oliver. If all three volunteers counts agree then the
vote is announced.
Lorraine, me and Bill have served in the last two votings. Please help
us in this vote coming up by volunteering to count.
Let me know ASAP!
Thank you everyone!

Subject: [OHGEN] Roll Call + Test
Pat Grogg here for Morrow County.
I have NOT received a message from the OHGEN list since last December, even
though messages from my Morrow County list HAVE been coming in just fine, as
have the RootsWeb Reviews. Since December, through February, I checked the
Archives fairly regularly for new messages - and was surprised to see so
many new ones for March when I checked today. I travel alot and seldom have
a decent enough connection speed to take the time to go through the
Archives.
So, Sandy, would you please change my address for messages from this list
to: patgrogg(a)hotmail.com ???? And that will NOT affect the use of my
pat_grogg(a)excite.com address for other things like getting election ballots,
for instance - right?
That seems to be the simplest thing to do, since when I contacted Excite
when this problem developed last December they wanted me to send them one of
the "bounce" messages. I noted one message from you in the Archives in
which you said that you had gotten no bounce messages - which explains why
you couldn't send one to me to send on to Excite!
I will be on the road for the majority of the remainder of this year -
hopefully I'll get the list messages at the Hotmail account - if not, I'll
check the Archives as often as I can. Please don't think of me as "missing
in action"!! :-)

Okay I just got this bounce mail about Maggie's email. Anyone know what
this means?

Pat, I placed all three of your email addresses on the list this
morning. Tell me which ones work for you as we do this test.
You should be receiving two emails from me this morning, possibly three
times each.
If we find they all work, then choose which one you want used by writing
with it on the list.
Thanks Pat!
Sandy
Pat for some reason your pat_grogg email was not on the mailing list.
Yet it was on the accept list, so that means you were able to send but
not receive emails.
I am sorry to discover that.
I fixed it this morning.
Sandy
