I am trying to find more information on my grandfather and grandmother. Thier
names were Franklin Billings and Mearl Billings. They had two sons Raymond
and James. Mearl had a twin sister Pearl who married Frank Kader. They lived
in Castile, Warsaw, and Hope that I know of. Thier was a cousin who lived
nearby named Royce Billings. I would love to contact anyone related or
researching this line. Thank you Dean and Janet Billings
Looking for information on the parents and siblings of Benjamin Wing. b
1804. According to the census Pike, Wyoming county, 1850 he was born in NY.
He married Polly (Westcott) 1836 in Sangerfield, NY. (Westcott
Genealogy). Children Phoebe, Selah, Sterling (my ggrandfather) and
Selah died in 1852 in Pike. (Killed by Lightning according to report in
Warsaw paper.) Benjamin died in Pike, Sept. 17, 1857. Do not know what was
cause of death or name of cemetery. (If there is an obit on either I would
like to know how to get a copy.)
After Benjamin's death the family moved to Amherst, Ohio. Would like to
know if anyone knows why or who they might have moved there with. Any
information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
