As for his port of entry, that might be on his initial papers. Did you check
which indexes to naturalizations in New York State might be available through
Family History Center?
Also, be sure to check the 1900 and 1910 Federal Censuses to see what they
show as his year of arrival and how long he's been a citizen. Sometimes, one's
memory gets hazy as time passes so you want to check the records as closest
to the actual event as possible. And don't forget the NY State censuses of
1905 and 1915 too. The more corroboration of records, the better.

I am searching for information of Julius Jacobson who came from
and according to theNYS1925 census, became a citizen in 1890. I have
been told that his naturalization papers would be found in the P. County
courthouse in Carmel. Can you find that address for me, and would it
also have where he came from and where he landed in N.Y.? Thank you
