Here is a cemetery information on Joseph Fisk, according to some of the
books read, Joseph Fisk, came to Harpersfield then moved on to Hamden which
was part of Delhi, but now is Hamden area. His farm was across the river,
and there should be a cemetery on what was his farm. Certain that I could
take you there if about 500 miles closer.
Frisbee Cemetery, Route #10
FISK, Joseph (Capt) ? December 29, 1843 2nd 4th NY Mil Rev.
The Frisbee cemetery is on the old Frisbee land, which is now the DCHA, and
a picture of the cemetery exists on this (Delaware Co.) website.
Years ago I knew a kind and unusual character called Earl Fisk, would not
doubt that he was related, however do not know of any relation of his.
Found that there are two Fisk names in present day Walton (close by). In my
quick search of the website there are a number of Fisk family though the
years but no real standouts. You could contact the DCHA since he was a
pioneer there, they might have something on the family. Also the County
Courthouse did not mention him in the online probate files, but there could
be a number of items on his family there. Also checked my personal files on
the Revolutionary veterans but all I have is the cemetery record above.
Good luck in your search,

I am related to all the Fisks and DeForests who did and currently do
reside in the Sidney area. There is also a Joseph Fisk, Rev War
veteran, buried in Delhi that I am supposed to be related to but have
never found the connection.
Right now I am looking for the parents and any possible children of
Maybelle Slade (Henrietta Fisk & Orville Slade, Charles Fisk & Harriette
DeForest, John Fisk & Mary Stilwell) and Edward Beach. I understand
there is someone on this list with a Beach connection so I'm hoping s/he
