Yes, that's the Jacob & Elenor in question but I never had seen the child name
And your Frederick must be Frederick the Great. Lots of daughters I never knew.
Tell me more! All about everybody! Where did Fred G hail from?
Especially who all did Frederick Jr marry?
I suspect he married two Rebeccas. Cook family history has him married to
Rebecca Cook. 1810 census when her father John died, Frederick and I assume
"my" Rebecca gathered close to her mother Dolly as did other daughters'
husbands and families. My guess is that at least the Miller children born 1810
or earlier are Cook grandchildren. Add to that, the youngest I know of is John
C Miller b abt 1816 whom I suspect is named for John Cook. Later the bunch
moved back to Hamden.
Others' records show Fred Jr married with Rebecca Shaver. 1855 NY state census
bears that possibility out - wife Rebecca was born Dutchess County, not
Delaware. I never heard of my Cooks being in Dutchess at all.
