I found a Philip H. Clum's marriage record to Margaret Coen on 12.27.1830 in
the St. John's Lutheran Church, Manorton on page 6 of the book "Marriage
Record of 4 Lutheran Congregations of Southern Columbia County, NY by Arthur
C. M. Kelly, Kinship, Rhinebeck, NY 1974.
And from the book "Baptismal Reord of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manorton, N. Y. same author and publisher, 1971:

In the book, "Baptism Record of Reformed Church Germantown, New York

6.14.1807, Henrich P. Clum and Catharina Best baptised Philipp Henrich b
5.8, sponsors: Philipp H. Clum and Christina Linck. This seems to be you
Philip H. as he would be 23 when he married Margaret Coen.
Other children of Henrich P. and Catharina from the same book:

From the Family Tree Maker CD No. 214, Vital Records: New York Deaths
Philip H. Clum, age 76, date of death: March 26, 1883, Methodist Episcopal
Church Cemetery, Episocpal Churhyard, Stockport (source: Minnie Cohen)
Margaret Clum, age 68, date of death October 7, 1878, source same as above.
Hope all this helps in your search.
P.S.- I am not a descendant of the Clums or Coens, just thought I do a look
up for you.

Subject: [NYCOL] Clum Family Tree
I am looking to find out what I can on my ggg grandparents. They are
Philip Clum and (this is the tricky part) Marian Clum as listed on the 1850
NY Census for Livingston, New York. Philip is listed as being 37 on the
1850 Census which would make this year of birth 1813 and Marian is 35
bringing her year of birth as 1815.
They have a son names Herman, daughters Antonette and Mary C and a
named Eli. She is listed as Marya Ann Clum on her daughter Antoinette (b.
1840) christening papers from Saint Johns Lutheran Church in Manorton, New
York. Their son Eli (b. 1850) was christened at the same church and the
parents are listed as Philip Clum and Margaret Clum.
What I'm trying to find out is where they are buried and what is my ggg
grandmother given name. Does anyone know where Manorton is located and if
this church is still there? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
