How difficult would it be to obtain the divorce record and remarriage
mentioned in the item below? This is my first attempt to do research in Nevada.

BROKER OPPOSES EX-WIFE.; J.A. Stewart 3d Replies to Suit for $200 Monthly
Payments.
JOHN AIKMAN STEWART 3RD. broker and grandson of the late JOHN A. STEWART, the
chairman of the United States Trust Company, who died in 1926 at the age of
104 years, filed an answer in the Supreme Court yesterday to a suit by his
former wife, ETHEL ABERCROMBIE STEWART, daughter of a former president of the
Pennsylvania Railroad, to enforce payment of $200 a month under a separation
agreement made in 1916.
MR. STEWART asserts that his wife divorced him in Reno on March 9, 1921, and
was married two days later to WILLARD W. BROWN. He asserts that he got a
divorce from her, ignoring the Nevada decree, in New Jersey, in 1925, naming MR.
BROWN as corespondent. He charges that the plaintiff's right to the $200
payments ceased when she remarried, and that she concealed from him for a year the
fact that she had married BROWN. For this reason he asks that the complaint
be dismissed and judgement given to him for $2,400 on his counterclaim.

ETHEL was my 2nd cousin, 3 times removed.
Thanks for any help!
