The scanning software that searches those news articles scans for words that
"lo0k like", not the actual letters in each word. For example, one of my
surnames is CLENDENEN and it is just as likely to find the word GENTLEMEN as a
match as it is to find an actual surname. I get to read a lot of ads for
"Fine Clothing for Gentlemen" as a result.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
I checked the scanned images of the newspapers through my Ancestry
subscription. Unfortunately, it's not good news. The 1949 one actually was
a listing
of radio programs and it was for Pescha Kagan, not Peacha. Evidently the
scanning software had difficulty reading the print. The 1953 listing did
have the
word "peacha" but it was from a comment about Rosemary Clooney's song
"Come
Onna My House" where she said would make a "peacha pie." So it
doesn't look
as
if there was a reference to your family.
