The last two P.T. and Nellie were extracted from other sources:
P. T. was referenced in a Cemetery Plot Map of the Silver Terrace that
is available to view at the Comostock Historic District Commission office
in Virginia City. Unfortunately P.T.s marker only provided the name.

Not all of these surnames are spelled the same, but they are close and
most likely sound the same. Many recorders listed what a surname sounded
like; many indiviudals didn't know how to spell their names in English,
many changed or cropped their surnames. With this in mind, I always s suggest
exploring alternate spellings, especially if you've come to a brick wall
