I've "rescued" a group of three photographs belonging to the WEBB Family of
Kansas. The first photograph is one of Velma Agnes WEBB which was taken at a
studio in Wichita, KS The photograph was taken on the 9th of Nov 1913 when
she was just 9 months old and indicates that she is "Uncle Bert's youngest
daughter". The second photograph is one of Cleo Olive WEBB who is
identified as "Bert WEBB'S 3rd daughter" in a photograph taken when she was
an infant, also at a studio in Wichita, KS. The third photograph is
identified as Dale WEBB when he was a toddler. There is no studio or
location on this third photograph, however, I believe it was probably taken
about 1920 or after.
Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information:
Velma Agnes WEBB was b. 9 Feb 1913 to parents Charles Albert "Bert" WEBB

Beulah E.; Ethel F.; Earl Henry; Cleo O.; Everett C.; Velma Agnes; Loren
Miller; and Kenneth Max WEBB, all born between 1903 and 1922. Velma married
twice, first to Grover E. VANCUREN and second to Oliver Edward RUMSEY.
Velma died 24 Dec 2002 and is buried in the Mission Chapel. Mausoleum in
Wichita, KS.
Cleo Olive WEBB was born 14 Sept 1903 in Wichita, KS to the same parents as
Velma and she married Albert Roland EADS (1901-1966) and they had two
children including, Virgil Theodore EADS (1920-2002) and Margie Lee EADS
(1922-2015). Cleo died 5 Apr 1995 in Wichita, KS and is buried in the
Lakeview Cemetery & Mausoleum in Wichita, KS. Cleo's obituary listed
survivors including son Virgil; daughter Margie GROENEWOLD; a brother
Kenneth, and a sister Velma RUMSEY all of Wichita, KS.
Dale Edward WEBB was b. 3 Jul 1921 in Coffey Co., KS to parents John
Alphonso WEBB (1885-1957) and Mattie Ellen EMERY (1888-1973). Dale was one
of 4 children born to this couple including, Mary Catherine; Harvey Emery;
Donald John; and Dale Edward WEBB, all born between 1910 and 1921. Dale
married and had two children including a daughter, Pamela Anne WEBB
