Mrs. Helen Biggs, wife of Cecil Biggs, died suddenly Tuesday morning following an
operation. Mrs. Biggs had been ill for a week when it became apparent that an operation
was necessary. Her condition was to weakened to withstand the shock.
Mrs. Biggs was the mother of eight children, seven of whom survive ranging from the
age of fourteen to three, Verner, Bonnie, Grace, Arthur, Robert, Thelma, Sunshine,
Charles.
Mrs. Biggs was thirty-seven years of age, a native of Michigan. The arrival of
relatives from the East is being awaited before definite funeral arrangements are made,
for Thursday afteroon, from Grace Methodis Episcopal church

Biggs Funeral Services Held
Lovelock. Mar. 30
Funeral service for Mrs. Helen Biggs, wife of Cecil Biggs were held Thursday afternoon
at Grace Methodist Episcopal church with the Rev. J. C. Culp officiating. Musical numbers
were rendered by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur H. Bachelor and Charles H Jones, accompanied by Mrs.
Eugene Sullivan. Mrs. Biggs died suddenly on Tuesday following a short illness and
operation. She was the mother of seven children, ranging in years from seven to
fourteen.
Mrs. Biggs was thirty-eith years of age and a native of Germany. She is survived by
her father, Theodore Lange of Santa Rosa and a brother, Charles Lange, office at a naval
base in Tiburon, Cal. Neither was able to attend the funerl.
Interment was held at Lone Mountain cemeter. Palbears selected from among her
neightbors in the Fairview community center, were Willaim Loorzs, Alfred Jurgenson, Emil
Hostman, Matt Smith, Eric Hostman, Vik Sebbas

Charlie Biggs, 85 Buried in Lovelock

Funeral services were held at Lovelock today for Charlie Edwin Biggs, 85, who died at
Willits, Calif, March 8. Burial was at Lone Mountain Cemetery there.
A native of Indiana, Mr. Biggs came west by covered wagon with his parents as a small
child. The family settled in Elko, and he later followed ranching near Lovelock. He
Moved to Willits in 1911
Surving are his widow, the former Mary Elinor Harrison of Unionville, residing at
Willits;nieces and nephews Bonnie Noble and Arthur Biggs, Winnemucca, Grayce Campbell,
Unionville; Thelma Robertson, Las Vegas; Mary Horton Ogden; Bob and Charles Biggs, Reno,
Verner Biggs, Imlay; Bill Jeakins, Gerlach and Cecil Jeakins of Reno.

Charles Biggs Dies Duddenly

Charles Biggs, 32 died suddenly Nov. 20 while working on the Clayton Campbell Rench
nearUnionville.
A Native of Lovelock, he lived at Carson City before going into rnch work. He is
servived by three sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Frank Noble of Winnemucca, Mrs. Grayce
Campbell of Lovelock, Mrs. James Robertson of Las Vegas, Verner Biggs of Imlay, Arthur
Biggs of Salt Lake City and Bob Biggs, of Reno/
