Subject: [NVHUMBOL] Winnemucca.?
Did Winnemucca have a military base.?
Was it Army Air Force WWl.
Leo T Truro worked at Golconda,as a Mail Driver.before he entered the
military at San Jose Ca.He became a Pilot [Army Air Corp]
he went to England and Met Lillian Smart a nurse. He came home and sent
for her. They were married in Winnemucca.Anybody got pictures.A few years
back a William Aitken talked about being stationed in Winnemucca.
He has since passed on.I am assumeing that this is a sparcely populated
area.
