A year ago (4 Jan 2006), USGenWeb Project National Coordinator Linda
Haas Davenport seized a dormant TNGenWeb list (TNGen-L(a)rootsweb.com).
According to her story, all XXGenWeb state lists belong to the NC (as
Project rep) and it was *with RootsWeb's participation* that she took
control of the list. She also unsubbed the subscribers (72 of them).
Later she tried to get the TNGen's actual list administrator banned
from RootsWeb.
If then NVGenWeb(a)rootsweb.com is also dormant, and it is an official
XXGenWeb state list belonging to USGenWeb, would it not be reasonable
for the National Coordinator and RootsWeb to return the administration
NVGenWeb list to the new NVGenWeb SC?
