Not a coordinator, just an old time NVGERer living amongst the sagebrush now
(just waiting for that big cement mixer to pull into town). Thought I'd give
you a shout out since ALL OUR LIST MEMBERS SEEM TO BE ASLEEP. [!] In any
case, you'll pick up all you need to know as time goes on, not to worry.
Besides, Pat knows all the ropes by now should certain sticklers arise. ;)
Bodie, Calico, the Piutes, Anza-Borrego, Death Valley, The Mohave Desert...
they're all worth a look. At least before the developers pull into the
cradle to do their thing <grrrr>. So went beautiful SoCal -- or too much of
it anyways. I find even ruins more charming than most of these cookie cutter
megatropolises (English?) that have sprouted up across the landscape in
recent years.
Wishing you well darlin'. Me, I'm heading back to the ol' porch with my
shotgun, just waiting for a cement truck varmint to make its appearance.
<lol>.

Thank you Jb, I appreciate the welcome. I'm going to need a lot
of help
as all the programs are new to me and I'm not webpage savvy yet. Where in
So Cal are you coordinating? It's a big state.
I went to Bodie last week. Cool town and the only living ghost town I've
seen. Usually it's just a collection of foundations and junk.
Again, thanks for the welcome. I appreciate it.
