There is no place on the Clark County website where it states that
non-certified marriage records are available. It only gives the cost of
a certified copy (and that varies, depending on where you're reading).
So I'm not sure where to go.
Secondly, I may need a researcher anyway, because I don't know the year
of marriage of the couple I'm looking for, and I don't know if there are
alphabetical indexes available to the public for all years.
