The town of Sulpur in Humboldt County was located in 1875 on the NW
flank of
the Kamma Mountains. The post office served the area with interruptions
from
1-17-1899 to 5-31-1953, when it's operations were transferred to
Winnemucca.
The Station in Eureka County was on the Overland Stage and the Pony
Express,
thirteen miles east of Roberts Creek Station.

I can't find Sulphur NV on my map. It existed in 1935 but is it
a
ghost
town now?
What county is/was it in?
What larger town is/was it near?
