Thank you. The Mormon church has recently merged it's "pilot" site with
it's regular on-line data base and has more information from individual states. I
will check to see if he is, as I suspect, Isaac, the son of Isaac Farwell and Mahala
Daniels.

7 o'clock, after a lingering illness of two months duration. Mr. Farwell was among the
very earliest settlers in Wisconsin, as well as Arena. He was about 80 years of age. He
will be buried with Masonic honors--we will give a biographical sketch of his life in
another issue. The Arena Star-Nov. 15, 1883-The late Isaac Farwell had a Masonic funeral

Mormon on line records don't have anything;

I.N. Farwell elected county clerk: 3 Nov 1874, re-elected 7 Nov 1876, re-elected 5 Nov
1878, re-elected 2 Nov 1880 (Esmeralda Co NV) (From History of Esmeralda County)
Isaac Farwell listed as delegate to Nevada Constitutional Convention 30 Jul 1859 (could be
Isaac Senior)
Found the follow that confirms Isaac N Farwell is son of Isaac of Wisconsin who was living
in California in 1880 and then returned to Wisconsin where he died:
"Hon. Isaac Farwell, father of I.N. Farwell, county clerk of Esmeralda, came up last
night from a visit to Aurora, and left for the East this morning. Mr. Farwell is a
California pioneer, having been a resident of Fresno and Mariposa counties since 1850,and
is 80 years old, but can still get around with but little assistance from young
folks." Reno Evening Gazette 20 Dec 1882
