Fallon - William E. Hanlon, 58. a machinist for the Truckee-Carson Irrigation District,
died here Saturday. A Fallon resident for five years, Mr. Hanlon previously had resided
in Baker and Ely. He was born Jan. 7, 1904 in Alpine, Tex. He is survived by his wife,
Mrs. Olive Hanlon of Fallon.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today in the Austin Funeral Home, Fallon, with the Rev.
Joseph Pritchard of the Epworth Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the
Fallon Cemetery.

Mrs. Olive Hanlon Dies, Longtime Fallon Resident
Fallon - Mrs. Olive M. Hanlon died Sunday in Willamina, Ore. She was born July 1, 1899,
in Silver Creek, Nev., and lived many years in Ely before coming to Fallon 10 years ago.
Her husband, William, died in 1962.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Eva Baker of Willamina, son William Meechan of Kerns, Utah,
eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers, Miles Robison of Fallon and
Gerald Robison of Marysville, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. Doris Garvin of Fallon.
A funeral is scheduled at 2 p.m. Friday at the Austin Funeral Home. Burial will be in the
Fallon Cemtery.
