If I were a betting person, I'd say that Ignatius "signed" the
attestation paper in the two assigned places and provided the answers to
the questions but someone else (perhaps Angus MacLeod) filled in the
rest of the document.
Angus (or whomever) heard Rose Point when Ignatius stated Groves Point.
I'd say that Ignatius's next-of-kin Mrs Mary A. Edwards (Aunt), is
Mary Edwards, died 1929 in Groves Point, Cape Breton County
