Unfortunately you don't mention what you have found before or where you
have looked so it may not be relevant
Does the baptism record the date of birth?
She could be baptised at any age if its not recorded
Where are you finding the mothers maiden name as SIBILLE?
If the baptism states the mothers name as Maria SIBILLE it may indicate
they were not married or that the mothers two forenames were Maria Sibille
Perhaps if you post whatever else you know we may be able to help more
Have you found them in any other census ?

There are few results for SIBILLE (Mary's mother was Maria SIBILLE) and, as
Mary's father Henry WILLIAMS was a teacher of language I think it possible that the
marriage was in Europe. Does anyone have any suggestions as I've tried everything I
can think of ?
