No one is being "required" to subscribe. You can choose to join it or not.
The blog is useful in order to review some fairly complicated bylaws and
policies, and allow for extensive commenting by the CCs and TCs, while at
the same time avoiding a fairly hefty amount of mail from this mailing list.
Once reviewed, the information on the blog will be reorganized and be posted
here in our mailing list so that we can vote to accept them, or reject the
bylaws.
If you would like for me to send you copies the articles posted on the blog,
I certainly can do that for you.

I don't understand the necessity of requiring us to create and
subscribe to something that is outside of the the USGenWeb if we wish
to be kept informed of information that is relevant to the NJGenWeb and us
as
CC/TC's.
Please explain the reason for the need for this "Blog", as I am at a loss
to
understand.
