Dick Eastman of Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter reports "Ancestry
Concedes Defeat as It is Unable to Restore All of the RootsWeb Site."

My old NJUnion site on RootsWeb appears intact, though I have updated,
redesigned, and relocated my site on WordPress. I know that RootsWeb doesn't
like to have redirects on its pages, but given the big issues it has
experienced, Denise do you think it's acceptable to add a note to my old
homepage redirecting to new site?
